Projects

A project is a container for related feedback — one product, one team, or one customer segment. Each project keeps its own queue, SLAs, tags, and (on Pro and above) its own widgets and forms.

What a project holds

Everything you triage is scoped to a project: feedback items and their statuses, votes, tags, comments and internal notes, SLA policies, and any widgets or forms you create. Members can belong to many projects; permissions still apply per workspace.

Switching projects

The project switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. Pick a project to scope every screen — dashboard, queue, SLA, and messaging — to just that project, or choose All projects to see the whole workspace at once.

On Basic, there's no switcher. The Basic plan includes a single project, so the workspace shows that one project's feedback directly. Move to Pro to run up to 25 projects, or Enterprise for unlimited.

ProUp to 25Yes
EnterpriseUnlimitedYes

When you reach your project cap, creating another shows an upgrade prompt rather than failing silently. Existing projects and their data are never affected.

Creating & managing projects

Open Projects from the sidebar to create, rename, archive, or set the active project. Archiving keeps the data but removes the project from the switcher; you can restore it any time.

  • Create a project with a name and an optional description.
  • Set active to scope the rest of the app to it.
  • Archive when a product winds down — nothing is deleted.
