Basic and Pro both start with a 15-day free trial — no card required. Use everything in the plan during the trial. When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only until an admin activates your license; your data is always preserved and full access returns the moment the license is activated.

Billing is offline. There's no card on file and no payment processor. Your account manager issues an invoice that you settle by bank transfer (or your preferred method); once payment is recorded, your license is activated. You can see every invoice and your purchase history on the Billing page in your dashboard.

Basic is $5 per user / month and Pro is $8 per user / month — you're billed for the employees in your workspace. Enterprise and Self-hosted are quoted to your team's size and requirements.

From the Billing page, pick a plan and send a request — it routes straight to your account manager, who confirms the figure, issues the invoice, and moves you over. No checkout, no surprises.

Nothing is deleted. Numeric caps (employees, projects, widgets) return a friendly upgrade prompt when reached, and feature gates (forms, exports, escalations) stay hidden until you move to a plan that includes them. Existing data is always preserved.

Yes — the Self-hosted option carries the full Enterprise feature set, deployed in your own infrastructure with our Docker image and your own MongoDB. Your feedback, uploads, and tenant data never leave your network. It's licensed annually and billed by invoice.
