Core concepts
A quick map of the system before you dive in.
| Concept | What it means |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Your isolated tenant. All projects, feedback, members, and settings live inside it and are private to your organization. |
| Project | A container for related feedback. Basic includes one project; Pro and Enterprise let you run many and switch between them. |
| Feedback item | A bug, feature, or request with a type, status, priority, votes, tags, attachments, and an SLA. |
| Plan & license | Basic, Pro, or Enterprise entitlements. Billing is offline by invoice; your license is activated by an admin once payment is recorded. |
| Trial | Basic and Pro start with a 15-day free trial. When it ends without an active license, the workspace becomes read-only until activated. |
