The feedback queue

The queue is where your team does the work — every report lands here with full context, and you move it forward with status, priority, owner, and tags. This is the core operator loop.

How feedback arrives

Feedback reaches the queue three ways:

  • Internally — anyone on the team can log feedback from the dashboard with New feedback. This is the only source on Basic.
  • From the widget — end users submit through the embedded widget on your site (Pro and above).
  • From forms — responses to a public or internal form route straight into the queue (Pro and above).

Every item captures the page URL, browser, screen size, and any screenshot, so you have context without asking.

Anatomy of a feedback item

FieldWhat it's for
TypeBug, feature, or support request — sets the default SLA and grouping.
StatusOpen → In progress → Resolved (and Closed). Drives the kanban columns.
PriorityLow, medium, high, critical — encoded by colour, label, and position so it reads at a glance and in grayscale.
VotesHow many people asked for it. Sort by votes to find what matters most.
TagsFree-form labels (billing, mobile, regression…) to group related reports.
OwnerThe teammate accountable for moving it forward.

Triaging an item

Open any item for the full thread, internal notes, attachments, and its SLA panel. From there you can:

  • Set priority and status, and assign an owner.
  • Add tags and leave internal notes the customer never sees.
  • Link the item to a GitHub or Jira issue (see Integrations).

Views, filters & sorting

Switch between list and kanban — both share the same filters. Filter by status, priority, type, owner, tag, or source, and sort by newest, most-voted, or SLA urgency. Use ⌘K from anywhere to jump to an item or a screen.

Comfortable rows are the default. Operators reviewing hundreds of items per session can switch to compact rows from the density control in the table header.

When the workspace is read-only

If your trial ends without an active license, the queue stays fully readable but creating and editing are disabled, and New feedback is greyed out. A banner explains how to restore access — see Billing, plans & trials.
