Billing, plans & trials.

FeedbackFlow is billed offline — there's no card on file and no payment processor. You're invoiced per user, and your license is activated by an admin once payment is recorded. Here's exactly how it works.

Plans & pricing

Pricing is per user, per month. Basic and Pro have published rates; Enterprise and Self-hosted are quoted to your team.

PlanPriceHighlights
Basic$5 / user / moUp to 50 employees · 1 project · internal feedback only · no widgets, forms, or tokens
Pro$8 / user / moUp to 250 employees · 25 projects · 5 widgets · forms · unlimited tokens · SLA escalations, exports & audit log
EnterpriseCustomUnlimited everything · SSO · custom SLAs · priority support
Self-hostedCustomEverything in Enterprise, deployed on your own server — see Self-hosting

The 15-day trial

Basic and Pro start with a 15-day free trial — no card required. Use everything in the plan during the trial. As it nears the end, a banner appears in the app showing the days remaining.

When the trial ends without an active license, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted — you and your team can still read everything, but creating and editing are disabled until the license is activated.

How offline billing works

There's no checkout. Instead:

  • Your account manager issues an invoice for your plan and seat count.
  • You settle it by bank transfer (or your preferred method).
  • An admin records the payment, which activates your license and restores full access.

Every invoice and its status appears under Billing in your dashboard, along with your full purchase history.

Requesting a plan change

You don't buy a new plan yourself — you request one. On the Billing page, choose a plan, set your seat count, add an optional note, and send. The request routes to your account manager, who confirms the figure, issues the invoice, and moves you over. While a request is pending, the Billing page shows its status.

For Enterprise and Self-hosted, choose Contact us — the request reaches the team to scope deployment, SSO, and a custom quote.

What read-only looks like

If a license lapses, you'll see a persistent banner at the top of the app and a notice on the Billing page. Write actions — New feedback, edits, status changes — are disabled, and the banner links to Contact admin to activate. The moment payment is recorded and the license is activated, everything returns to normal with no data lost.

Invoices & purchase history

The Billing page lists every invoice with its period, seat count, amount, payment method, and status (paid, issued, or overdue). Download any invoice as a PDF for your records.
